Attracting technical profiles by showcasing passion for the job and company culture.
Context & objective
Already a partner of OH! Agency on previous projects, TRBA wanted to develop a targeted recruitment campaign for its asphalt department, in a context of growing demand for skilled technical profiles.
The objective was to stand out from traditional recruitment communication by highlighting the reality of the field, the technical challenges, the career development opportunities and the company culture, rather than simply presenting job descriptions.
Our approach
We designed a recruitment video campaign built around authenticity and real-life experience, giving a voice to the teams and showing concrete working conditions, professional gestures and the day-to-day environment.
The approach was based on editorial preparation without a written script, in order to encourage spontaneous and genuine testimonials rooted in reality.
